Postage

We AIM to get orders dispatched within 24 hours Monday-Friday, After we have confirmed the payment. All goods are shipped via Tracked Express Delivery 24/48 Service. Items ordered on weekends. Bank holidays will be posted the next working day.
PLEASE NOTE: Any postage included in our listings is for the mainland UK and does not include the postcodes listed below, mainly Special Domestic Regions. Buyers from listed regions below, MUST contact us in prior of purchase for custom shipping quote, otherwise we won’t ship your purchase!

Returns

We will accept returns within 30 days of item sell. Please be aware, to avoid fraud all our parts are marked and will be inspected once received. Only parts with our mark and in original the pictured condition will be refunded. We will issue a refund upon receipt and examination. Items should, wherever possible, be returned in their original (or similarly robust) packaging. If you are reporting that item is faulty, only a PROFESSIONAL explanation by the garage will be accepted (scanned or photographed diagnostic report). We are not responsible for installation errors, labour expenses and/or any other expenses that may occur. Buyer pays return postage.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty

We offer 30 days warranty from the day the item is received.
All our parts come from a used vehicle and are Fully Tested before removal.
All parts are removed from UK spec, right hand drive vehicles, unless otherwise stated.
Parts might have signs of normal wear like scruffs, rust marks, and scratches.
We take pictures of every single item, so you can see it’s exact condition.
PARTS SHOWN IN PICTURE IS WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE unless the description states differently.
Our parts may lie in storage for a period of time before they are purchased although these are in good working condition when removed from the vehicle, they may still need a little greasing prior to fitting, and if there are any problems with the item we will issue a no hassle refund.
Please be aware to avoid fraud all our items are security marked and photographed for evidence prior to dispatch.

FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY

It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine whether the part will fit their car. You MUST KNOW YOUR PART NUMBER.
If you have any doubts – check with your local dealer or other sources to make sure that you’re purchasing the right part.
Most electronic parts such as Radio, ECU’s, etc may need to be CODED by Auto Electric Specialist.
We do not guarantee colour matching on any parts unless a colour code is provided.
Spare Parts Ltd will not reimburse any labour costs / charges involved with fitting, removal and / or changing of parts supplied by the company, under any circumstances.
We strongly recommend that all safety critical parts are fitted only by specifically trained automotive technicians. NO liability can be accepted for malfunction, damage or injury caused by inappropriate fitting of such components.
